General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The general terms and conditions of sale transcribed below (hereinafter "General Terms and Conditions") apply to all sales made by Radhoot OU, Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 through this site worldwide (hereinafter "the Seller" or the "Site" or the "Seller").

Art. 1. Acceptances of the conditions of sale

The contract stipulated between the Seller and the Customer must be considered concluded with the sending by the Seller of the e-mail of acceptance of the order according to the purchase modalities transcribed below. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares that he/she has read all the information provided to him/her during the purchase procedure, and fully accepts the general and payment conditions transcribed below.

If the Customer is a consumer, upon completion of the online purchase process, he/she will print or save an electronic copy and otherwise retain these terms and conditions.

Any right of the Customer to damages or compensation, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order is excluded.

Art. 2. Method of purchase.

The Customer may purchase only the products in the electronic catalog of the Site at the time of placing the order, as described in the relevant information sheets. It is understood that the picture accompanying the description sheet of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but differ in color, size, accessory products present in the picture. All information supporting the purchase is intended as mere generic information material, not referring to the real characteristics of an individual product.

Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by the Seller by means of an e-mail response, sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain the Date and Time of execution of the order and an Order Number, to be used in any further communication with the Seller. The message will repeat all the data entered by the Customer, who agrees to verify their correctness and promptly communicate any corrections, using the customer service.

the Seller will check the stock availability of the products and, subsequently, will send the order acceptance e-mail with which the purchase contract is understood to be finalized and which will also contain the estimated delivery date according to the best practices of the logistics partner. In the case of non-acceptance of the order, the Seller shall ensure notification to the Customer by e-mail or telephone within the period of three days after receipt of the summary e-mail.

Art. 3. Methods of payment.

Credit Card: in cases of purchase of goods by Credit Card payment method, the credit card is charged at the same time as the order is processed.
the Seller reserves the right to ask the Customer for additional information (e.g., telephone number) or to send copies of documents proving the ownership of the Card used. In the absence of the requested documentation, the Seller reserves the right not to accept the order.

At no time during the purchase process is the Seller able to know the Buyer's credit card information, which is transmitted via secure connection directly to the site of the banking institution handling the transaction. the Seller does not retain and has no access to the Customer's credit card information.

Cash on Delivery: in case of purchase by COD, no additional contribution will be applied to the total amount, as clearly highlighted when choosing the mode of payment. The payment, to be made directly to the courier, will take place upon delivery of the products. You can only pay in cash, it is not possible to pay by check.

Purchases through PayPal: in cases of purchase of goods with PayPal payment method, at the same time as the conclusion of the online transaction, PayPal will immediately charge the amount for the purchase made.

Art. 4. Method of Shipment.

Seller can accept orders with worldwide delivery. We use the best domestic and international express courier companies to ship worldwide, thus ensuring safe, fast and traceable service. All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of order acceptance.

For each order placed, the Seller shall issue a document accompanying the material shipped. For the eventual issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order shall be decisive. After the execution of the order, it will no longer be possible to request an invoice if this will was not previously expressed. After the issuance of the invoice it will not be possible to make changes to it.

Delivery charges, if any, are the responsibility of the Seller and are clearly explained when the order is placed. Nothing more is due from the Customer than the total amount of the order.

Delivery of what is ordered is intended to be at street level except:

different communication from our customer service,
what is provided in the product data sheet,
the explicit purchase of flat delivery, where applicable.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:

  • That the number of packages being delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the document accompanying the goods.
  • That the packaging is undamaged, undamaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or strapping).

Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately challenged, by affixing the words "RESERVE OF CONTROL" (SPECIFYING THE REASON FOR THE RESERVE, eg. "punctured packaging", "crushed packaging", etc.) on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the products received must be reported within 3 days after delivery in the manner provided herein.

In the event of failure to collect within 5 working days of the material in storage at the warehouses of the carrier due to repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the Customer when placing the order, what was ordered will be returned to the warehouses of the Seller.

Art. 5. Right of withdrawal

If the Customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person purchasing the goods for purposes not related to his or her professional activity), he or she has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason whatsoever, without the need to provide an explanation and without penalty. To exercise this right, the Customer, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, must contact customer service the Seller by e-mail at /shop/contact-7c31a2515b6/ (specifying name, geographical address, telephone number and any e-mail address), stating that he/she wishes to make use of the right of withdrawal.

In case of withdrawal from the contract, all payments made to il Vendor will be refunded, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of the decision to withdraw. Said refunds will be made by wire transfer, and it will be the Customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (Account Number/IBAN and account holder). The Customer will be responsible for returning the goods to the Seller. The direct cost of returning the goods will be borne by the Customer.

The Customer is responsible only for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same. The Customer assumes all responsibility for the shipment until receipt in our warehouse. In the event of damage to the goods during transport, the Seller will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in their warehouses), to enable him to promptly file a complaint against the courier of his choice and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal.

the Seller is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. In the case of sending the goods by the Customer, the refund will be suspended until the date of receipt of the same at the warehouses the Seller or, alternatively, until the moment in which the customer attests the shipment by receipt.

However, the right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

  • the right applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g.: accessories, attached software, etc.);
    the right does not apply to: (i) sealed audiovisual products or computer software (including those attached to hardware material), once opened; (ii) custom-made or clearly customized products; (iii) newspapers, periodicals and magazines except for subscription contracts for the supply of such products; (iv) products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • the purchased goods must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend that you put it in a second box.

Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined for any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.

If the packaging and/or the original packaging are damaged, the Seller will deduct from the refund due a percentage, however not exceeding 10% of the same, as a contribution to the costs of restoration.

The right of withdrawal lapses totally, for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where the Seller ascertains:

  • The non-diligent use of the asset that has compromised its integrity, or the use of any consumables;
  • The lack of the original outer packaging and/or inner packaging;
  • The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, etc.);
  • Damage to the product due to causes other than its transportation.

In the case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at the premises of the Seller, available to the Customer for collection at His expense.

Art. 6. Seller's Warranties.

All products sold by il Vendor are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and il Vendor's 24-month warranty for conformity defects.

Art. 7. Customer Guarantees.

The Customer declares and warrants (i) that he/she is of legal age and a consumer according to the provisions of Article 3 of the Consumer Code; (ii) that the data provided by him/her for the execution of the contract are correct, true and do not violate any rights of third parties.

Art. 8. Privacy

The personal data requested when placing the order are collected and processed in order to meet the expressed requirements of the Customer. the Seller guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code referred to in Article 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR").

Art. 9. Return and refund policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us. For faster resolution, please include three photographs demonstrating the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the label and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order.

The circumstances under which refunds will be granted

You can get a refund if:

  • The product you purchased does not work
  • You have not received your product within 60 working days
  • Reimbursement is made only and exclusively by bank transfer, subject to IBAN and name holder notification.

Warranty the Seller does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents
  • Improper care
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Breakdown of colors and materials
  • Aftermarket modifications

No returns/replacements will be accepted for products with water exposure.
